Thanks to all who made it out to our New Years Eve Dinner Party at the winery.  The food was amazing…many thanks to Carrie Wong and her staff for putting on a great show, and to the Dobbes Family Estate employees who ensured everything ran flawlessly!   I can’t think of a better way to end or start the year than celebrating with great food and wine among my family and friends.  

Here I am attempting to syphon some of my Port Syrah into a decanter.  This wine will eventually be bottled in 500ml bottles and released in Nov 2009.  I’m glad I was able to share this work in progress with our guests!

New Years Eve Menu

Brian and Joe welcome you back from the snow and holidays and are excited that they will no longer be preempted by Ducks football on Saturday afternoons! The show is a re-introduction of the guys as they celebrate being on the air for 2 years. 

The show will also bring you the World of Wine where they talk about upcoming events in wine country and who the top producers from last years vintage are. Next up is Wine 101 – get educated about wine from Joe and other guests, and finally they close the show out with the Fred Meyer Picks of the Week!
