What a great NEW YEARS EVE PARTY!

Thanks to all who made it out to our New Years Eve Dinner Party at the winery. The food was amazing…many thanks to Carrie Wong and her staff for putting on a great show, and to the Dobbes Family Estate employees who ensured everything ran flawlessly! I can’t think of a better way to end or start the year than celebrating with great food and wine among my family and friends.

Here I am attempting to syphon some of my Port Syrah into a decanter. This wine will eventually be bottled in 500ml bottles and released in Nov 2009. I’m glad I was able to share this work in progress with our guests!
